Leanne White Solicitor has been a part of the Forster community for over two decades. With 34 years in law and 22 years running this practice, Leanne has guided countless local people through buying and selling property, planning their estates, sorting out business matters and resolving family law property settlements.
The approach is simple: clear, prompt advice with a genuinely personal touch. You won’t be handed between strangers or buried in jargon. You deal with people who know you and know the area. Today the practice includes two Licensed Conveyancers, so property matters move quickly with a solicitor’s oversight where it counts.
Leanne is a highly experienced lawyer who goes out of her way to help her clients achieve a successful outcome to their legal issues. She is results driven, with an eye for detail. She has a caring and compassionate nature, and is able to quickly help her clients feel at ease.
We pride ourselves on being an approachable legal practice — we listen to your problem and give you the information and advice you need to help solve it. We prefer to resolve disputes wherever possible. However, where necessary, we are ready to take on the challenge of presenting your best possible case in the Supreme Court of NSW (in the case of deceased estates) or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (in the case of family law property).

Samantha has 22 years’ experience as a Licensed Conveyancer and has been with the practice for 13 years. A highly competent and friendly professional, she helps clients buy and sell homes, strata units, rural land, and commercial and investment property.

Jo-Anne joined the firm in 2024 and brings more than 20 years’ experience in the legal industry, including 15 years as a Licensed Conveyancer. She is highly skilled in deceased estates and property transfers of all kinds, with a passion for all things conveyancing.
